Since 1890, CMM has been a community-based organization, financed by personal donations and grants. CMM provides opportunities for classically trained musicians and students of music to perform before appreciative audiences in Central New York. We do not provide honoraria to performers at the (free) Wednesday Recital Series, but whenever possible each performer will be given a professional recording of their performance. We will consider requests of contributions towards travel expenses (i.e. mileage). Although CMM always welcomes monetary contributions by our Community of Support, this is not a requirement for applicants, and will not be considered when the program committee makes acceptance decisions. Please go to the Community of Support page to learn more.
